377 and Jewells and all other my personall Estate Whatsoever Upon trust that my said trustees should permit me to have the use of the said premisses for my life and after my decease In trust for my said now wife the Lady Baltemore, Now I hereby ratifie the said bill of sale and direct my said trustees after my death to deliver to my said now wife the s.d plate Jewells and premisses which it is my will she should have to her her execut.rs and adm.rs to her own use and I direct my said trustees to deliver the Same to her it being my Intention she should have the Absolute Property of the Same Item my will is that all my Debts be Justly and duely paid Item I give devise and bequeath to my said now wife the Lady Baltemore her executors adm.rs and assignes all my ready mony and also all arrears of Rent Tobacco Rents and all other rents debts and Duties of any kind that shall any wise be due to me at my death either in England or Maryland and all other my Psonall Estate Whatsoever or Wheresoever to her the said Lady Baltemore her ex.rs and adm.rs to her and their own use and uses and of this my will I make the s.d Lady Marg.t Baltemore my now wife my sole executrix hereby revokeing all former and other Wills by me made In Wittness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seale the day & year first above Written C Baltemore signed sealed published and declared by the said Charles Lord Baltemore as his Last Will and Testam.t in the presence of us who in his presence and in the presence of each other have subscribed our Names Wittnesses hereunto Nath.l Pigott Charles Busby Cha Umfrevill Wy.n Davies To which aforegoing will was annext the foll Instrum.t Viz.t Tenore patium Nos Thomas Providentia Divina Cant Archiepus toties Angliæ primas et Metroponne Notum facimus Anno Domini Universis Quod vicessimo die Mensis May Anno Domini Millimo septingemno decimo quinto Apud London Coram venerabili viro Johanne Audley Legum Dcore summogato venerabilis et egregÿ Viri Johannis Betterworth Acam Legum D.n Cur Prarogat nre Court Magr Custod sive Comissarÿ Aima constitut probat approbatum |
