338 To M.r William Fitz Redmond or any of the att.rys of the Provinciall Court These ^are^ to Authorize and Impower you or any of you to acknowledge the within Deed for me and in my name according to Act of Assembly in that case made and Provided and for your so doeing this shall be your warrant Given under my hand and seale this 25.th day of July 1715 Hugh Riley (seale) Signed Sealed and Del.d in the presence of Charles Adams Clement Brooke July the 25.th Then Came the above named W Fitz Redmond and pursuant to the power above given him acknowledged the within Deed according to act of assembly in y.t case made and provided before me Sam.l Young Recorded Sept.r y.e 23.d 1715 Maryland fs Whereas S.r Edmond Prideaux Barronet and Dame Mary his wife sole Executors of the Testament of Sir Jn.o Rogers late of Plymouth Barronet Deced & Residuary Legates of the said S.r John Rogers By their procuration or Lett.r of Att.ry bearing date these Twenty seventh day of July anno Dom 1711 Have Impowered and Authorized me William Robinson of Richmond County in Virginia gent to Ask Receive Sue for and demand all debts dues and Demands whatsoever to them due or owing belonggin or appertaining and grally to act and doe all & whatsoever shall be necessary for the recovery of all such debts dues & demands By Vertue whereof I the said William Robinson have and by these presents do make ordaine substitute and appoint Thomas Macnemara of the City of Annapolis Esq.r & Daniell Dullany Gent my true and Lawfull Att.rys and sustitutes In the name and for the use of the said S.r Edmond Prideaux and Dame Mary his wife to ask receive demand sue for and recover from all Psons in the province of Maryland all sumes of mony or tob.o (Goods) |
