       and previledges emoluments and hereditaments to the said Mannour of
       land belonging or in any wise appertaining togeather also with all deeds
       evidences and writeings Touching or Concerning the premises or any part
       thereof To have and to hold the afd Mann.r of Wiske als Danbigh togeather
       with all and singular the lands tenements and p.rmises with their
       appurtenances to the same belonging or in any wise appertaining and
       every part and parcell thereof unto the said Sam.l Young his heirs and
       assignes for ever to the only proper use and behoofe of him the said
       Sam.l Young his heirs and assignes for ever more and to no other use
       intent or purpose whatsoever   And the said James Sanders for himself
       his heirs ex.rs and adm.rs doth covenant and agree to and w.th the said
       Sam.l Young his heirs and assignes that he the said James Sanders for
       and Notwithstanding any Act to the Contrary at the time of the
       ensealing and delivery of these presents is and stands lawfully and
       rightfully Seized in his Demeasne as of fee simple in his Own Right
       without any Condition Limitation or other use or trust to alter change
       or determine the same estate of and in the said Mann.r of lands tenem.ts
       and p.rmises before menconed to be hereby granted bargained and sold
       and of in and in every part & parcell thereof and that the said James
       Sanders for and Notwithstanding any act done by him to the contrary
       now has and at the time of executeing these presents hath full power
       just right and lawfull authority to grant bargain and sell the same
       Land and p.rmises and every part and parcell thereof with the appurtenances
       unto the said Sam.l Young his heirs and assignes in Manner and form as
       before in these presents is expressed and that the same Manner land &
       premises and every part and parcell thereof with the appurtenances
       shall from henceforth for ever remain and continue unto the said
       Sam.l Young his heirs and assignes for ever freely and clearly acquitted
       exonerated and discharged of and from all and all Manner of former bargains
       Sales Gifts grants dowers Joyntures Leases Rents arrears of rent and of &
       from all other charges titles troubles and incumbrances whatsoever had
       made committed suffered or done by the said James Sanders or any other
       person or persons whatsoever pretending any right or title thereunto
       (the rents and services from henceforth to grow due to the Lord of the fee
       of the premises only excepted and foreprized) And further that the
       said James Sanders doth for himself his heirs ex.rs and adm.rs covenant
       promise and grant to and with the said Sam.l Young his heirs and
       assignes by these presents that he the said Sam.l Young his heirs and
