       Land and premises before mentioned unto him the
       said Richard Thatcher his heirs and Assignes forever
       and y.e said Peter Massey Doth hereby for himselfe
       his heirs Ex.rs & Adm.rs covenat promise grant and agree to
       & with y.e said Richard Thatcher his heirs and Assignes
       that he y.e said Peter Massey at the time of y.e Ensealing &
       Deliver of these p.rsents is seized of & in y.e said Twelve
       hundred acres of land & p.rmises of a good firm Rightfull
       & Indefiezable Estate of Inheritance in fee simple w.thout
       any condition or limitation which may alter Change
       or Defeat y.e same and that y.e said Richard Thatcher his
       heirs and assignes shall & May forever Peaceably and
       Quietly have hold use occupy possess ^and enjoy^ the said land and
       p.rmises without let suite trouble or Disturbance of
       him y.e said Peter Massey or Sarah his wife their heirs
       or assignes or any other person or persons whatsoever and
       alsoe that y.e said Peter Massey his heirs & assignes
       shall and will at all times hereafter warrant and Defend
       y.e said land and p.rmises unto him y.e said Rich.d Thatcher
       his heirs and assignes forever against y.e Claime of
       all manner of persons whatsoever or against any
       manner of Clame Intanglement or Incumbrance
       whatsoever  In Wittness ^whereof^ the partys first have to
       these p.rsents sett their hands & seales y.e day & year
