       Generally in and concerning the premises and the dependencys To do
       say Transact and Accomplish whatsoever the said Constituents themselves
       might or could do (if they were personally present) they hereby
       promiseing to hold and ratifie for good and Valid whatsoever
       their said att.rny or his substitutes shall lawfully do or cause to be
       done in the premises by Virtue of these presents   In Wittness whereof
       the s.d Constituents have hereunto put their hands and seales Done

       Domini one Thousand seven hundred Thirteen fourteen
       Between Peter Massey & Sarah his wife in y.e province of
       Maryland of y.e one parte & Richard Thatcher of Great
       Prince Morrises River in y.e province of west Jersey of y.e
       other parte Wittnesseth that y.e said Peter Massey and
       Sarah his wife for & in consideration of ninty pounds
       proclamation money to them in hand paid the recept whereof
       they ^y.e^ said Peter Massey & Sarah his wife Doth hereby
       acknowledge and doth clearly acquit ^exonerate^ & discharge the said
       Richard Thatcher his heirs and assignes forever Hath Given
