       I Robert Torrens Notary publick by Royall authority
       admitted and sworne dwelling in London do hereby certifie and attest
       that I was present and did see four of y.e Commissioners of her
       majestys Customes (Viz.t) S.r John Werden Barr.t John Bridges
       Rob.t Williamson and Edw.d Gibbon Esq.rs signe y.e within Lett.r of
       Attorney and caused y.e same to be sealed with the publick seale
       of their office this twenty sixth day off Feb.ry Anno Dom 1713
       wherein they impowered John Dansey of Maryland Gent Phillip
       Lee & Peter Carmick also of Maryland Merch.ts to be their
