232 Bayler William Trent John French Patrick Andrews and Bernard Townsend and every other person and persons whatsoever their heirs or other legall representatives and their goods to sue arrest attach seize imprison prosecute and condemn in ord.r to the obtaining the premises to be seized and applyd for and towards satisfying y.e debt afd so as afd owing to her maj.ty by the said Thomas Couts and on satisfaction had and reced to release and discharge the persons makeing and paying the same And upon receipt or recovery of all or any the said premises acquitances releases or any other lawfull discharges for her maj.ty and in her name to make seal and deliver and one other attorney or more to substitute and then at pleasure to revoke y.e same And upon Generally to act and do execute and performe all other matters and things whatsoever needfull necessary and conven.t in and touching y.e premises as legally fully and efectually as we our selves or any of us or any other her maj.tys Cou.rs Deputys attorneys or receivers might or could do if personally present And wee the afd commissioners do further in her maj.tys name and on her behalf hereby ratifie approve and confirm all and whatsoever y.e said John Dansey Phillip Lee & Peter Carmick or any two of them whereof y.e said ^John^ Dansey to be always one as afd or their substitutes shall lawfully do or cause to be done in and ^or^ about the premises pursuant to the power hereby given And we do likewise on the behalf of her maj.ty as Commissioners of the Customes Covenant agree and promise to & with the said John Dansey Phillip Lee and Peter Carmick to indemnifye and bear harmless our said attorneys and their substitutes and their heirs ex.rs adm.rs or other Legall representatives from all and all manner of Charges Costs troubles disbursments and damages which shall be sufferd incurrd caused or occasioned by their haveing done or acted anything in pursuance of the power and trust reposd in them by this Instrument of Pcurat.n and that they have reasonable allowances for their paines troubles and expences therein her maj.ty hereby requireing the (said) |
