       bounded tree Containing and laid out for five hundred acres of Land
       with the appendants and appurtenances thereunto belonging Alsoe
       one hundred acres of Land part of a tract of Land called Enfield
       Chase lying in Prince Georges County aforesaid which said one
       hundred acres Beginneth at a bound red oake of y.e s.d Enfield Chase
       being y.e first bounder of the said ^land^ Called Catton running thence south
       fifty perches thence West parellel with y.e said Catton three hundred
       & twenty perches thence north fifty perches to the aforesaid Tract of land
       Called Catton thence bounding ^on^ and with the afores.d land to y.e first
       bounder Containing one hundred acres as afores.d with y.e appendants &
       appurtenances thereunto belonging To have and to hold all the
       before mentioned to be granted two Tracts or parcells of Land of Land
       with all and singular the appendants and appurtenances to them
       belonging unto him the s.d Ezekiel Wright his heirs and assignes
       forever   And the said Jacob Henderson & Mary his wife do hereby
       for themselves their heirs Executors & Administrators covenant promise
       grant & agree to and with the Said Ezekiel Wright his heirs and
       assignes that them the s.d Jacob and Mary and their heirs or any of them
       shall at any time hereafter when he she or they or any of them shall
       be thereunto required by y.e said Ezekiel Wrighte or his heirs or
       assignes at the Cost & Charges in the Law of him y.e said Ezekiel
       Wrighte or his heirs or assignes make doe acknowledge suffer & execute
       or Cause to be made done acknowledged sufferred & executed all or
       any such Reasonable Act or acts thing or things Conveyances or assureances
       in the Law whatsoever for the prefect and absolute assureing
       surety & sure makeing of the aforementioned land ^and^ pmesis with the
       appendants ^and^ Appurtenances unto the s.d Ezekiel Wrighte his heirs and assignes
       forever from the said Jacob and Mary and their heirs or any person
       Claimeing from by or under him her or them as by the said Ezekiel
       Wrighte his heirs or Assignes or his or their Councill learned in the
       Law shall be Reasonably advised Devised or required In wittness
       whereof the partys to these presents first above named have hereunto
       Interchangeably sett their hands and affixed their Seales the
       the day and year first above written
