       the said William Bladen his ex.rs and adm.rs for
       ever by these presents they the said Philemon
       Hemsley & Mary his wife Have granted
       Bargained Sold aliened Enfeoffed released and
       Confirmed and by these Presents for them and
       their heirs doe Clearly and absolutely grant bargain
       Sell alien Enfeoffe release and Confirme unto the
       Said William Bladen in his Possession now
       being All that the afd Quarter Part of Kent
       Fort Mannour and all the right Title Interest
       trust Claim and demand whatsoever of them
       the Said Philemon Hemsley and Mary his wife
       of in and unto the Same and in or unto all
       or any the lands tenements or hereditam.ts
       Lately in the Poss.n of or any ways belonging
       to the afd Phillip Lynes and by him Devised
       to his late wife Mary Contee and William
       Bladen and their right ^thereto^ accrued thereunto by
       the death of the Said Anne Lynes living and
       being within this province the Province of
       Pensilvania or County.s annext and particularly
       in and unto the Severall Tracts of Land
       herein and hereafter Menconed (That is to say)
       y.e following tracts of Land Called Beach neck
       Containing ^one thousand acres^ Chosen, One hundred acres Dover
       two hundred acres, Good luck, five hundred acres,
       river Spring, two hundred & fifty acres
       Aburgavenny, one hundred acres Batchellors
       Hope, one hundred acres, Hattons [illegible], one
       hundred and tenn acres, Maydens Folly three
