132 Fully appear the s.d Geo Wells having before that time agreed w.th the said Charles Carroll for y.e purchase thereof the said Land and paid the purchase mony thereof to him but not having had the same then made over or Conveyd unto him the said Geo by the said Charles in Due form of Law Now the Said George Wells as well for & in consideration of the sume of one hundred seventy & five pounds Lawfull mony of great Britain in the said Last recited Deed mentioned to him in hand paid the receipt whereof he the said George doth herby acknowledge and of every part and parcell thereof doth hereby fully clearly and absolutly exonerate acquit and Discharge the said John Ingram his heirs ex.er and administ.rs As also for the further and better assurance surety and suremaking of the aforemetioned Land and Premises with the apput.rs unto the said John his heirs and assigns forever according to the true intent and meaning of the Parties to these presents hath given granted bargained sold aliened enfeoffed released and confirmed and by these presents doth for himself and his heirs give grant Bargain sell alien enfeoffe release and confirm unto him the said John Ingram and to his heirs all that the afd tract ^or parcell^ of Land and premises w.th the appurte.s To have and to hold the said tract of Land and premises w.th the apputs afd unto him the said John Ingram his heirs and assignes forever and to none other use intent or purpose whatsoever And the said Geo for himself and his heirs doth hereby Covenant promise grant and agree to and w.th the said John Ingram his heirs and assignes that he the said Geo and his heirs shall and will from time to time and at all times forever hereafter save indemnifie and keep harmless as (Well) |
