       Wee Jarviss Hinde Esq.r Mayor of Gallway in Ireland
       and Robert Blakeney Esq.r Deputie Record.rs of the said
       Town Doe hereby Certifie and Declare that the within affedavit
       was made and sworn before us at Gallway afd and that Wee
       are very well acquainted with the persons that made and
       swore the said affedavit and that they are persons of good
       substance and of very good Creditt and reputation and that
       Wee are likewise acquainted with the said Tho.s Lynch in the
       said affidavit Mentiond and Doe believe and are well
       satisfied the said affidavit is true in every pticular and
       Wee Do likewise Certifie and Declare that the said Fran.s
       Lynch who Dyed lately of Virginia and the said Stephen
       Lynch in the within affidavit Mentiond (by the testimony
       of severall other Credible wittnesses in this Town) are the
       sons of the said Tho.s Lynch in the said affidavit Mentioned
       and that the said Tho.s Lynch has no other sons or Daugh.rs
       but those in y.e said affidavit mentiond as Wee are credibly
       informd and realy believe Dated and Given und.r one hand and
       Mayoralty Lease y.e 10.th February 1709/10

Mem.d the two aforegoing Instrum.ts being written on half a sheet of paper was stampt w.th a seal on each side thereof

       On the other halfe sheet to the foregoeing Instrument annexd
       was thus Written viz.t

       Wee the under named psons Doe Certifie and Declare
       for truth that Wee Know the said Tho.s Lynch in the
       annexed affidavit Mentiond these Many yeares past
       and that Wee likewise Know the psons that make the
       said affidavit to be psons of Known Creditt and reputation
       and that Wee likewise are Credibly informd that the sd
       Fran.s Lynch who is sd to have Dyed lately in Virginia and
       the said Stephen Lynch in the affidavit Mentiond (the
       bearer hereof) are sons of the said Tho.s Lynch in the said
       affidavit Mentiond and that Wee believe the said affidavit
       to be realy true in every particular Dated and given and
       hands at Gallway in Ireland the tenth February Ano
