       The Dep.ts farther severally Depose that they have Knowne
       the said Thom.s Lynchs Children on the said Elliss lawfully
       begotten M.r Fran.s Lynch Stephen Lynch Sisly Lynch Mary
       Lynch and Evelin Lynch and that the said Dep.ts and every of them
       believe the said Fran.s Lynch and the said Stephen Lynch and the
       said Daugh.rs to be the sons and Daugh.rs of the said Thomas
       Lynch on the bodie of the said Elliss his wife lawfully begotten
       and that the said Dep.ts hear and believe the said Fran.s Lynch
       pted this Kingdome Many yeares since and as they heard and
       believe Marryed a widdow in Liverpoole in England and that
       the said Fran.s Lynch went afterwards to Viriginia and heard and
       believe that the said Fran.s Lynch Dyed there sometime in summer
       last past and heard and believe the said Fran.s Lynch Dyed without
       fine and his wife likewise Dyed the said Dep.ts further Depose that
       the said Thom.s Lynch has no other for Loveing that these Dep.ts
       cod hear of but the said Stephen Lynch the only heir by the entire
       Lynchs wife the said Elliss Lynch had by her former husband a
       son called Augustine Oast a Priest but whether he be liveing
       or Dead these Dep.ts Doe not Know their Cause of Knowledge
       and belief as that they have been use thirty years past or there
       ab.ts acquainted with the said Tho.s Lynch and Knew his said
       sons the said Fran.s Lynch and the said Stephen Lynch since they
       were little boyes and that these Dep.ts are then relations and
       were Curious to Know w.t became of the said Fran.s Lynch
       since he parted the Kingdome the said Dep.ts further Depose
       that the person now in Virginia or Maryland calld Anthony
       Lynch & Comonly Called Trory is not the nearest Relation of
       the said Fran.s Lynch and that he has severall near.r Relations
       and that the said Antho Lynchs relation to the said Fran.s Lynch
       is very remote the said Anthony being the son of ^one^ Peter Lynch
       of Gallway Merch.t the said Dep.ts further Depose that the said
       three Daught.rs of the said Tho.s Lynch in the affedavit Ment.d
       are now liveing
