       Ensueing the Date hereof  And in all other things as sherr of
       Queen Annes County shall behave himself well and honestly
       towards all Psons according to the best of his power skill & knowledge

       Maryland fs   Know all men by these presents that we Henry Boteler
       Jn.o Bradford and Joshua Cecell of Prince Georges County in the pvince
       af.d Gent are holden and firmly bound unto our sovereigne Lady Anne
       &c.a In the full sume of and Just Quantity of Two hundred thousand
       pounds of good sound Merchantable Leafe tobacco and Caske to be
       paid to her said Maj.ty her heires and successors to the w.ch paym.t well
       and Truly to be made we bind ourselves our heires or any of us or any
       of our heires Ex.rs or adm.rs Joyntly and severally for the whole & in
       the whole firmly by these presents sealed with our seales and dated
       the 30.th Day of December in the sixth yeare of her Maj.tys Reigne
       Annoq Dm 1707
The Condition of the above obligation is such that if the
       above bounden Henry Boteler do well and Truly serve her said
       Maj.ty her heires and successors in the office of high sherr of the
       County of Prince Georges within the province af.d and also
       shall render unto her said Maj.ty and other her officers a True
       faithfull and perfect Accompt of all and singular her maj.tys Rights &
       Dues & to her Officers a true and Just account of there Fees that
       he shall or may be Intrusted with by her Maj.tys Governour and
       others her officers within this province to Receive and Collect
       and his account to her said Maj.ty heirs and successors and her
       then Governour there for the time being for the fines & forfeitures
