       Lord propry  And he the s.d John doth hereby
       further for him and his heires Covenant
       promise Grant and agree to and with him
       y.e s.d Charles and his heires that he y.e s.d
       John shall and will now and at all times
       hereafter warrant and defend the above
       bargained premises unto him the s.d Charles
       Carroll and his heires and assignes for
       Ever against all Persons whatsoever
       Claimeing or to Claime any Estate Right
       title or pretence to the same or to any part
       or parcell thereof  Provided alwaies
       and it is the True intent and meaning
       of these presents that if he y.e s.d John
       shall at or before the seventh day of
       September which shall be in the yeare
       of our Lord one thousand seven hundred
       and Eleven well and Truly Content
       sattisfie and pay or Cause to be well &
       Truly Contented satisfied and paid
       unto the s.d Charles Carroll the s.d Quantity
       of five thousand pounds of Tobacco
       and sume of fifty pounds ster with
       Legall Interest for both that then this
