       & Assurences and Conveyances in the Law Whatsoever
       for the further better and more pfect assurance surety
       and sure makeing and Conveying of all and singular
       the before hereby granted or menconed to be granted
       premises with their and every of their Rights
       members and appurtenances unto the s.d Edw.d
       Horne his heires and assignes for ever as by his or
       their Councill Learned in the Law shall ^be^ reasonably
       devised advised or Required   In Wittness whereof
       the parties to these present Indentures have
       hereunto interchangably sett to their hands &
       affixed their seals the day and yeare first above
