80 Edifices and buildings thereon or thereunto belonging Togeather with all and Every other the Lands and Tenements whereof the said John Abington dyed any way seized of or interested in and being in the said province of Maryland which said Deed beareth date with these presents and made or Expressed to be made between us the said John Hyde and Isaac Milner of the one part and Richard Harrison and Seth Biggs both of the province of Maryland aforesaid merchants of the other part to the intent that the said Deed may be entred upon the Record of the prov.ll Court of Maryland aforesaid giveing and by these presents each of us granting unto our said atturnys or Either or any of them out full power and authority in the p.rmises and hereby ratifying and Confirming firme and Valid all and Whatsoever our said atturnys any or Either of them shall do in the premises as fully and Effectually to all intents and purposes as if we our selves or Either of us were personally present or did actually do the same in our own proper persons In Wittnessee whereof we the said John Hyde and Isaac Milner have to these presents sett our hands and seales the seventh day of November in the sixth yeare of the Reigne of our Sovereigne Lady Anne by the Grace of God of Great Brittaine France and Ireland Queen Defender of the Faith &c.a Anno Dm one thousand seven hundred and seven Jn.o Hyde Isaac Millner On |
