          To all Christian people to whome these presents
       shall Come We John Hyde of London merchant and Isaac
       Milner of the same place merchant send Greeting in our
       Lord God Everlasting Know Yee that we the said John Hyde
       and Isaac Milner for diverse good Causes and Considerations
       each of us thereunto moveing have made ordained
       Constituted and appointed and by these presents
       doe Joyntly and severally make ordain Constitute and
       appoint Walter Smith George Lingam and Elisha Hall
       all of the province of Maryland in america merch.ts
       our true and Lawfull attorny and atturnys for us and
       in our names joyntly or severally to appeare before
       her majestys Justices of the provinciall Court of the
       province of Maryland or before any other Court or
       person or persons Lawfully authorized and therein      
       for us and Either of us of Law and according to the
       Custome of the province of Maryland to acknowledge
       one Deed or Bargaine and sale Release and
       Confirmacon of two severall Tracts of Land called
       by the name or names of Abingtons mannor
       and Donsdal with their appurtenances scituate
       and being in Calvert County in the province
       aforesaid  And also of all those two Lotts or parcells
       of Land one at Charles Town Called Mount
       Calvert and the other at Cox Town with all houses
