in the presents of

           W.m Bladen
           Edmond Benson

On the Back of the foregoing Deed was thus indorst as
follows Viz                  June the 8.th 1708

       Then Came before me W.m Holland Esq Chief
       Justice of the prov.ll Court the within name
       Daniell Wells and Sarah his wife being seperately
       Examined and Acknowledged the within Deed
       and the Land and premises within mentioned
       to be the Right and Estate of the within mentioned
       W.m Nicholson his heirs and Assignes for ever

       Reorded June the 17.th 1708

       and Audry his wife to Stephen Bordley Recorded in
       Lib T L N.o 2 folio 595  Anno 1700 is Endorst as follows

       the sume of fifteen thousand pounds of Tobacco being
       in full for the Consideration off the within Menconed
