       Then Came Alex.r Alpine One of the Wittnesses to the above
       bound and Remayne Deposed on the holy evangelists of Almighty God that
       he saw the said Thomas Graham seal and Deliver the same to

             This Indenture made y.e 10.th Day of Aug.t in the ninth Year of the
             Reign of our Sovereigne Queen ann of Great brittain &c Annoq Dm 1710
       Between Philemon Lloyd Esq.r & margarett his wiffe of y.e one part and
       William Bladen Gen.t of y.e other part Wittnesseth that the said Philemon
       Lloyd and margrett his wiffe for and in Consideration of y.e sume of fifty
       pounds sterling to them in hand paid have and doe hereby Grant Bargain Lett
       alon onese offe relese and Confirme to the said William Bladen two Lotts of Land
       with the house or houses thereupon Erected [illegible] and being in the city of Annapolis
       That is to say one lott next to The said M.r Lloyds Garden and whereof Daniel
       Brignall shoemaker now liveth saving so [illegible] was formerly by
       the said Bladen sold to major John Freeman & his heirs) & one other
       Lott next to John Navarrs comonly called and knowen by the name of
       Coll Hutching Lott with all their Right title and Intrust thereunto
       To have and to hold the same to him the said William Bladen his
       heirs & Assigns for Ever to the sole proper use and behoofe of y.e same
       Willm Bladen his heirs & Assigns for Ever  In witness whereof the party
       to these presents have interchangeably sett their hands &
