       Micaj.a Perry of London merchant for the Use of them the said
       Constituents they the s.d Constituents hereby severally promiseing to Ratify
       Confirme & hold for good and Valid all & whatsoever their said attornys
       or Either of them shall lawfully do or Cause to be done in or about the
       p.rmises by Virtue of these presents In faith & Testimony whereof the s.d
       Constituents have to this present publick Instrument of procuration
       set their hands & seales before y.e s.d Lord Mayor and the said Notary
       and wittnesses underwriteing and delivered the same in their presence
       at the Citty of York afd to the Use of the said Procurators according to the
       true Intent thereof the day month & yeare first above written
