       procurators actors & factors in the names and to the Uses of them the s.d
       Severall Constituents giveing and by these presents Joyntly and
       Severally granting unto their said attornies and either of them
       Joyntly & Severally full power and Lawfull authority for them
       the said Constituents in their and any of their names and to their &
       each of their uses to ask demand levy sue for and by Lawfull
       ways or meanes to enter into and upon Recover receive and take
       of and from Eliz.a Carter Relict and adm.rx of Rich.d Carter ^late^ of
       Marsland afd mercer deced and of and from all and every other
       person & persons whome it shall or may Concerne all and Singular
       Negroes Slaves messuages houses Lands Tenements goods Chattells
       Effects Estate and things whatsoever to them or any of them the said
       Constituents due owing belonging or in any wise appertaining
       as being Kindred or relations of the said Richard Carter deceased
       or for or by what other Reason or meanes soever nothing
       excepted nor reserved and to that end to make do signe & pass all
       & every such writeing acte Matter or thing as shall be requisite
       and necessary in and about the premises which shall be of as
       full force Effect & Virtue to all Intents Constructions & purposes
       as if by them or any of them the said Constituents made done or
       Executed also if need be to appeare before all Lords Judges &
       Justices in any Court or Courts thereto answer defend and reply
       in all matters & Causes touching or Concerning the premises
       to do save pursue Implead seize sequestor attach Imprison and
       so Condemn and out of prison againe to deliver upon recoveries
       and receipts to give one or more acquittances or other sufficient
       discharges in due forme of Law and gennerally in and Concerning
       the premises to doe performe & Execute all & whatsoever
       shall be Requisite and necessary as fully amply and effectually
       to all Intents Constructions & purposes as they the s.d Constituents
       Joyntly or severally might or Could do if personally present & to
       Consigne what shall be received by Virtue of these presents to M.r
