       or them thereunto to Compell by all Lawfull ways & meanes whatsoever
       also if need be to appeare before all Governours Lords Judges & Justices
       in any Court or Courts or Else where then to answer defand & reply in
       all matters & Causes Touching or Concerning the Premises and to do
       sue pursue Implead seize sequester attach imprison and to Condemn
       and out of Prison againe to deliver also to Compound Conclude
       and agree by arbitration or otherwise as their said attorney shall
       think fitt and Generally in and Concerning the Premises and all
       matters and things thereunto Relateing to do performe and
       Execute all and whatsoever shall be requisite & Necessary as fully
       amply & effectually to all Intents Constructions and puposes as they
       either or any of them the said Constituents Joyntly or severally
       might or Could do if Psonally present and that altho the Cause
       should require more ample or especiall power than is herein
       before particularly Expressed with power to substitute one or
       more attornies under him with Like or Limitted power &
       the same againe to revoake they the said Constituents hereby
       severally pmiseing to Ratifie Confirme & hold for good and
       Valid all and whatsoever their said attorney or his substitutes
       shall Lawfully do or Cause to be done in or about the premises
       by Vertue of these presents  In Faith & Testimony
       whereof the said Constituents have to this present publick
       Instrument of procuration set their hands & seales before y.e
       s.d Robert Fewick Esq.r Mayor & the s.d Notary & wittnesses
       underwriteing and delivered the same in their presence
       at the town and County of Newcastle upon Tine afd to the
       Use of the said Procurators according to the true intent & meaning
       hereof the day Month & yeare first above written
