140 mercer deceased Christopher Teasdall of the Towne & County of Newcastle upon Tine Merchant and said Kingdom of England aged forty two Yeares or thereabout and Mary his wife aged thirty nine Yeares or thereabout another of the daughters of the Said W.m Carter send Greeting Know Yee that the said Anne Cockayne Christopher Teasdale & Mary his wife on the third day of February Anno Regni Domino nostre Anne nunc Regnie Magne Brittaine Ic septimo Annoq Dm millesimo septingentesimo octavo (siglo Angliæ) before the Right Worshipfull Robert Fenwick Esq Mayor of the said Town and County of Newcastle upon Tine in the Kingdom of England afd the Notary publick and the wittnesses under named did Joyntly and severally make ordaine Constitute authorize & appoint and by these presents Do Joyntly and severally make ordaine Constitute authorize and appoint & In their stead & place put the s.d Sam.ll Cockayne their True and Lawfull attorney procurator actor & Factor in the names & to the uses of them the said Severall Constituents Giveing & by these Psents Joyntly & severally granting unto their said attorney full power & Lawfull authority for them the said Respective Constituents and in each and every of their severall and respective names and to their severall & Respective uses to ask demand Levy sue for and by all Lawfull ways & meanes recover and receive of and from Eliz.a Carter wid.o Relict & adm.rx of the said M.r Richard Carter Late of Maryland aforesaid deceased her heires ex.rs and adm.rs and all others whom it shall or may Concerne All and every such sume & sumes of money goods wares Chattells marchandizes debts effects and Personall Estate whatsoever to them or any of them the said Constituents due owing belonging or in any wise appertaining whether as being Kindred or relations of the s.d Richard Carter deceased or otherwise however and to that end to make doe signe & pass all such acts writeings matters & things requisite and necessary in and about the premises w.ch shall be of as much force Effect and Vertue to all Intents Constructions & purposes as if by them either or any of them the said Constituents respectively made signed or executed and upon recoveries and receipts to Give one or more acquittances or other sufficient discharges in due forme of Law but in Case of refusall or delay by any Person or persons whome it shall or may Concerne to deliver poss.n and make payment and satisfaction in the premises him (or) |
