                  Know all men by these presents that
       we Nath.ll Hynson John Hynson & Thomas
       Hillton of the County and province afd are
       held and firmly bound unto our sovereigne Lady
       Anne &c in the full and just sume of two
       hundred thousand pounds of good sound
       Merchantable leaf tobacco & Casque to be
       paid to her said Majesty her heirs and successors
       to the which payment well and truly
       to be made and done we bind our selves &
       Either of us & Either of our heirs Executors
       & Administrators Joyntly and severally
       for the whole and in the whole firmly by
       these presents sealed with our seals and dated
       the fourteenth day of November in y.e fourth
       year of her Majestys Reigne Annoq dni 1705

             The Condition of the above obligation
       is such that if the above bounden Nath.ll
       Hynson do well and truly serve her said Maj.ty
       her heirs and successors in y.e Office of high
       sherriffe of the County of Cæcill within
       the Province afd and also shall Render
       unto her said Majesty and other her
