980 Acquittances or other sufficient discharges in due form of Law But in Case of Refusall or delay by any pson or psons whom it shall or may Concerne to make and Render Just and true account and Payment & Sattisfaction in the premises him or them thereunto to Compell by all Lawfull waies and meanes whatsoever also if Need be to app.r before all Lords Judges and Justices in any Court or Courts there to answer Defend and Reply in all Matters and Causes touching or Concerning the premisses to do say pursue Implead seize sequester attach Imprison and ^to^ Condemn and out of prison again to deliver also to Compound Conclude and agree by arbytration or otherwise as y.e s.d Amos Garret Shall think fitt and Generally in and Concerning the premisses to do perform & Execute all & whatsoever Shall be Requisite as fully amply and Effectually to all Intents Constructions & purposes as they y.e s.d appearers might or Could do if personally present and that altho the Cause should require more a^m^ple or Effectuall power then is herein before particularly Exprest with power to substitute one or more att.rys under him with like or Limited power and y.e same again to Revoake they the said Constituants hereby promising to Rattify Confirm & hold for good & Vallid all & w.tsoever the said Amos Garret or his substitutes shall Lawfully do or Cause to be done in or about the p.rmisses by Virtue of these presents Thus done & apassed in London afd in the presence of John Rookhwood and James Dunnidge Wittnesses hereunto acquir'd Sealed and Deliver'd in the p.rsence of Jn.o Rookwood James Dunnidge |
