       the Pensilvania Company First Revoking
       annuling and making void all procurations
       and Letters of attorney by them formerly made
       or Given to any person or persons to the Effect
       of These presents Declared to have made ordained
       and Constituted and by these presents do
       make ordaine and Constitute M.r Amos
       Garrett of Maryland Merch.t their true &
       Lawfull att.ry Giving and by these p.rsents
       Granting unto their said attorney full power
       and Lawfull Authority for them the s.d Constituants
       and the Rest of the Committee and
       adventurers in the pensilvania Company
       afd to ask demand Leavy sue for Recover &
       Re^c^eive of and from all and Every person &
       persons whom it Shall or may Concerne all
       and Every such Sume and Sumes of mony
       Good Wares Merchandises Effects Estate & things
       whatsoever Nothing Excepted nor reserved
       w.ch they or any of them now do ro shall
       hereafter owe or stand Indebted or have in
       their hands Custody or possession to the said
       Pensilvania Company due owing belonging
       or in any wise appertaining in Maryland
       afd for or by what reason or meanes soever
       Nothing Excepted nor Reserved and to that
       End with all and Every person or persons
