       any other person or persons w.tsoever in Maryland
       afd for what Cause or reason soever y.e same
       may be nothing excepted or reserved together w.th
       all Costs Damages & Interests also touching the
       premisses to account Compromise Conclude & agree
       as occasion shall require Upon recoverys and
       receipts to make and give due and sufficiente
       acquittances and Discharges  And (if need full) to
       appear in any Court or Courts Convenient and to
       pursue Implead Seize Sequester attach arrect
       Imprison and to Condemn, and to Condemn and
       out of Prison again (when need shall be) to deliver
       Cum facultate substituendi  And Generally in &
       concerning y.e premisses and y.e dependencys to
       do, say, Transact & accomplish whatsoever  The
       s.d Constituant her self might or could do
       personally she hereby promising to hold
       & ratify for good & valid w.tsoever her s.d Att.ry
       or his substitutes shall Lawfully doe or cause to
       be done in the premisses by virtue of these
