       By This Publick Instrument of
       procuracon or Letter of Attorney  Be it
       known & manifest unto all People that on y.e
       seventeenth day of Jav.ry 1705 and in the
       fourth yeare of the Reigne of our sovereign
       Lady Anne Queen of England &c.a before me
       William Scorey Notary Publick admitted and
       sworn dwelling in London and in the presence
       of the Witnesses after named personally
       appeared Mary Chambers of London Widdow
       (Executrix of y.e Last Will & Testament of her
       son Rich.d Chambers Citizen & Skinner of
       London but some time since decd in Maryland)
       and hath made ordained & Constituted Joseph
       and by these p.rsents doth make ordaine
       and Constitute Joseph Rolfe Merchant
       now in London and bound for Maryland
       her true and Lawfull Att.ry Given unto
       him full power & authority for & in
       the name & to y.e use of the s.d Constituant
       To aske demand sue for recover & receive
       all & singular such sum & sums of mony
