       our Lord God one thousand seven hundred and
       five  Between Jobe Evans of Baltemore County
       planter of the one part and Charles Carroll of
       annarundell County Esq of the other part Wittnesseth
       that the s.d Jobe for & in Consideracon of the sume
       of thirty seaven pounds Twelve Shillings and Six pense
       sterling to him in hand paid or secured to be paid by the
       said Charles the receipt whereof he Doth hereby
       acknowledge and thereof and of every part
       and parcell thereof he doth hereby for himself
       his heires Ex.rs and adm.rs Clearly and absolutely
       exonerate acquitt and discharge the s.d Charles
       his heires Ex.rs adm.rs and assignes hath given
       granted, bargained, sold, Enfeoffed, & made over
       as by these p.rsents he y.e s.d Jobe doth for himself
       & his heires Give Grant bargain, sell
       alien, Enfeoff Confirm & make over unto him the
       said Charles his heires and assis forever all y.t
       Tract or parcell of Land Called Spring Garden
       scituate lyeing and being in Baltemore Co.ty
       being the now dwelling plantacon of him y.e said
       Jobe with sixteen head of Cattle now upon the s.d
       plantacon togeather w.th all and singular the
       dwelling houses, out houses, Tob.o houses, orchards
       fences, Inclosures or other Improvements w.tsoever
       to the s.d Tract ^belonging or in any wise appertaining to have and to hold the said tract^ of land with all and singular the
       apurtenances or Improvem.ts w.tsoever thereunto
       belonging unto him the s.d Charles his heires &
       assignes forever to the onely proper use and
       behoofe of him the s.d Charles & to noe other
       use Intent or meaning whatsoever and the
       s.d Jobe doth for himself & his heires Covenant
