       one thousand seaven hundred & five Between
       Edward Turner of Talbott County in y.e province
       of Maryland of y.e one part & John Atkey of
       Cecil County in the province afd of y.e other part
       witnesseth that y.e s.d Edw.d Turner for
       & in Consideracon of y.e sume of Eight thousand
       pounds of Tob.o to him in hand paid by y.e
