       Memorandum this day came before us
       Two of her Maj.ties Comss.rs of the
       peace for Dorsett County the within
       named William Chaplin and Susanah
       his wife and the said Elizabeth Travis
       and did acknowledge the within written
       Ind.r to be their Free & voluntary Act
       and deed  And further that the within
       Bargained p.rmises are the right of
       the within menconed Allexander
       Parran his heires and assis for ever
       And the said Susanah Chapling did
       renounce and disclaime all her Dower
       clame and demand of in and to the
       same and desires the within written
       Ind.r may be recorded In Testimony we
       have sett our hands the day and yeare
       aforesaid
