       appertaining togather with all woods Trees under
       woods wells springs watter Courses with all other
       thes profitts and benifitts to the same belonging
       or appertaining (royall mines onley Excepted)
       To Have and to hold the said tract of Land
       with all and other the pmises herein before men
       Coned and Every part and parcle thereof with
       the appurtences unto him the said Tho Bale his
       heires and assignes for Ever to the only proper
       use and behofe of him the said Tho Bale his
       heires Executors adm.rs and assignes for Ever and
       to noe other use Intent or purpose what soever
       And he the said James murra for himselfe his
       heires Executors adm.rs and assignes doth Covenant
       promise and grant to and with the said Tho Bale
       his heires Executors adm.rs and assignes and Every
       of them in manner and forme following (that
       Is to say) that he the said James murra if
       now the true sole and Lawfull owner of the af.d
       tract of Land and all and other the pmises and
       of Every part and parcle thereof with the
       appurtenances and now hath in himselfe Good
       right full power and Lawfull authority to give
       Grant sell Enfeoffe Convay and Confirme the before
       menconed bargained land and premises and ^all &^ Every
       part and parcle thereof with all and singuler
       the appurtenances to him the said Tho Bale his heirs
       and assignes for Ever in manner and forme following
       aforesaid  And that he the said Tho Bale his heirs
       Executors adm.rs and assignes shall and may at
       all times for Ever hereafter have hold use
