       for the same as afd as allsoe at or upon
       the first Day of Aprill w.ch shall be in

       hund.d and Eleven payeing man.r afd and
       by the like bills the like sume of fifty
       six pound thirteen shill & foure pence
       w.th Legall Interest for the same as
       afd That then this Deed & all articles
       Clauses and Covenants therein Contained
       shall be null void & of noe effect but in
       Case of faiter of any of the s.d paym.ts

       intents & purposes for vesting the inheritance
