897 [illegible] true intent and meaning of these p.rsents that whereas there is an intercou^r^se of Trade Between the aboves.d Hercules and said John Hyde by y.e said Hercules's consigning unto The s.d John Hyde severall tobaccoes to be sould by the said John for the said Hercules his use & by The said John's Remitting unto The said Hercules severall goods and payeing severall Bills Drawne by the said Hercules on the said John for severall sumes of mony And Whereas the said Hercules has requested the said John to advance and pay for him the said Hercules the Above said sume of one hundred and seventy pounds ster if therefore the said Hercules shall at or upon the first Day of Aprill w.ch shall be in the yeare of our Lord one Thousand seven hundred and seven pay or cause to be paid to the said John Hyde or his atturny for the time Being in this province by good and sufficient bills of exchange Drawne upon some Responsible merchant in London w.ch shall be Duely accepted and paid The sume of fifty six pounds thirteen shill and four pence one third parte of y.e said Debt w.th Legall interest for the same from such time as the s.d John Hyde shall have advanced the said sume for him as allsoe att or upon the first day of Aprill w.ch shall be in the yeare of our Lord (one |
