       wittnesseth that the said Hercules for and
       in consideracon of the sume of one hund.d and
       seaventy pounds ster to him in hand paid the
       receipt whereof he Doth hereby accknowledge
       and thereof and of every parte & parcell thereof
       Doth forever by these p.rsents exonerate accquitt
       and discharge the said Jo.n Hyde his heires ex.rs and
       adm.rs hath given granted bargained sould
       aliened enfeoffed and made over as by These
       p.rsents he the said Hercules doth for himself &
       his heirs give grant Bargaind sell aliene
       enfeoffe and make over unto him the said Jn.o Hyde
       All that foure hundred fourty and seaven acres of
       land to him belonging being parte of one moyety
       with the surpluss therein contained of a Tract of
       Land called his Lordships Favoure orriginally
       granted unto one Thomas Trueman of Calvert
       County for one Thousand acres To have
       and To hold the said foure hundred fourty
       and seaven acres of Land Togeather with all
       and singular the houses, out houses, Barns
       stables, gardens orchards fences inclosures,
       or improvem.ts whatsoever Thereunto Belonging
       or in any ways appertaining unto him
       The said John Hyde his heirs and assis forever
       and to the onely proper use and ^Behooffe^ to noe other
       use intent or purpose whatsoever and y.e s.d
