       declare and Command at such Psons called and assembled as afd
       shall have full power Authority according to the Course of the Admiralty
       to Issue Warrants for bringing any Psons accused of Pyracy or
       Robbery before them to be tryed heard and adjudged  And to sumon
       Wittnesses and to take informations and Examinations of wittnesses
       upon their oath  And to do all things Necessary for the hearing
       and finall determination of any case of Pyracy ^Robbey or^ felony
       upon the sea and to give Sentence and Judgment of death
       And to award Execution of the Offenders convicted and attainted
       as aforesaid according to the Vivili Law and the rules Methods &
       rules of the admiralty  And that all and every Pson and
       Psons so Convicted and attainted of Pyracy or Robbery shall
       have and suffer such losses of Lands goods and Chattels as if
       they had been attainted and Convicted of any Pyracys felonies
       felonies and Robberies according to the forementioned statutes
       Made in the Reigne of King Henry the eighth And our
       Expresse will and pleasure is and we do hereby direct & command
       that so soon as any Court shall be assembled as afd either
       on shipboard or upon the Land this our Commission shall first
       be openly read And the Court then and there shall be solemnly
       and publickly called and proclaimed and then you the sd
       John Seymour and the Governour or Commander in Chief of
       our said province of Maryland for the time being or You the
       said William Penn or the proprietor and Governour or Commander
       in Chief of Pensilvania for the time being shall in the
       first place publickly in Open Court take the Oath appointed in
       the said Act  And You the said John Seymour and the Governour
       or Commander in Chief of our said Province of Maryland for
       the time being Or You the said William Penn or the proprietor
       and Governour or Commander in Chief of Pensilvania for the
       time being having taken the Oath in Manner afd shall Immediately
       Administer the same to Every Pson who shall sitt &
