       twenty third day of May which shall be in the Year of our Lord
       One thousand seven hundred & Eight pay or Cause to be paid unto the
       said Coll Henry Darnall his heires Ex.rs or Adm.rs or Assigns with
       legall Interest for the same during the said time the sd sume of
       two hundred pounds That then this Deed & every particular Article
       thereof to be void & of none Effect otherways to stand & Remain in
       force power & vertue  In Witness whereof the partys to these p.rsents
       above mencond have hereunto set their hands & seals the day &
       year first above written
