       oak being the North west Corner tree of the said Land & running south
       by West two hundred forty four perches with the line of Halls Land till
       it Intersect the North line of Richard Smiths Land & from thence by
       a line Drawn West bounded on the said Land for one hundred
       twenty Eight perches to a bounded poplar being the North west Corner
       tree of the said Land & from thence running West North West bounded
       by John Kings Land for one hundred & twenty P.s to a bounded white
       oak of the said John Kings Land from thence running West & by
       North thirty six P.s to a marked tree standing on the North side of
       the Main branch of Coxes Creek & from thence North one hundred
       twenty four perches to a bounded oak & from thence to the first tree
       Containing & laid out for two hundred Acres more or less the bounds
       of Additional Spittle followeth viz.t Beginning at a bounded
       poplar it being the south East Corner tree of a parcell of Land now
       in the possession of W.m Wadsworth called Timberwell & running
       with the said Land South West two hundred & forty P.s till it Intersect
       the line of a tract of Land now in the possession of W.m Craycraft
       called Newington from thence Running East with the said Land one hundred      
       & seventy P.s till it Intersect the West line of the afd Land called spittle & running
       with the said Land North one hundred & six perches to a bounded tree thence
       East with the afd Land two hundred & forty P.s till it Intersect a West line of
       another piece of Land of M.r Elisha Halls called Hogsdown & running with the
       said land North & by East sixty Eight P.s to a bounded poplar then with a streight
       line to the first tree Cont.a & laid out for one hundred Ninety Six Acres more or less
       To have & to hold the said two tracts of Land with all the dwelling houses Out
       houses Tob.o houses Fences & all other the Appurts whatsoever thereunto belonging
       or in anywise appertaining unto him the said Coll Henry Darnall his heires
