             This Indenture made the Eighteenth day of
             August in the Year of our Lord One thousand seven hundred
       & four Between Aaron Hall of Calvert County Gent &
       Mary his wife of the one party & the hon.ble Col Henry
       Darnall of the same County Gent on the other part Witnesseth
       that the said Aaron & Mary his wife for & in Consideration
       of the Sume of two hundred pounds sterl to him
       in hand paid or secured to be paid by the said Col Henry
       Darnall at or before the Ensealing & Delivery of these
       p.rsents the Reciept whereof he doth hereby acknowledge
       & thereof & of every part & parcell thereof they
       the said Aaron & Mary his wife do hereby fully Clearly &
       Absolutely Exonerate Acquitt & Discharge the said Col
       Henry Darnall his heires & Assigns for ever hath Given Granted
       bargaind sold aliend Enfeoffd & Confirmd & by these presents they
       the said Aaron & Mary for them & their heires do give Grant
       bargain sell Alien Enfeoff & Confirm unto him the said Col
       Henry Darnall & his heires All those two tracts of Land called
       Spittle & Additionall Spittle both lying in Calvert County
       (Except the two small pieces sold out of the said Tract the one
       the one to W.m Head Cont Ninety two Acres the other two
       Hugh Clinton Cont.a One hundred & forty four Acres) further
       they the said Aaron & Mary his wife do also make over unto
       him the said Col Henry Darnall for part of the Consideration afd
       all his the said Aarons personall Estate in a bond bearing equall
       date with these p.rsents the bounds of the afd tract of Land
       called Spittle is as followeth Beginning at a Marked red
