777 thing or Things as shall Appertaine to the firme making over & acknowledging acknowledging according to Law all that tract & parcell of Land lying & being in said Baltemore County & Called Andersons Lott upon the head of Bush River & upon the Northside of the southwest branch of the said of the said River which parcell of Land I sold to M.r John Howard of Ann Arundell Co.ty as by Conveyance bearing date the 12.th of May 1702 at which time I passd Letter of Attorney for the safe making over the said tract the effect of which was prevented by the Death of the sd Howard Therefore I Do hereby Constitute either of my above named Attornys to make over over the said Land from me to the heires of the said John Howard according to the last will & Testam.t of the sd John Howard viz.t unto Gideon Lemuel Henry & Abner Howard sons & heires of the said John Howard to them & their heires for ever & what my said attornys as afd shall lawfully do & act for the sure Conveying & making over from me my heires Ex.rs & Adm.rs unto the said Gideon Lemuel Henry & Abner Howard their Heires for ever all the afd tract or parcell of Land Containing four hundred Acres as afd I do hereby bind my self my heires Ex.rs & Adm.rs firmly by these p.rsents to abide by allow of & for ever Confirm as fully & amply as if I myself had made over & acknowledge to the sd John Howard decd the abovesaid land as Containd in the above named Deed The value & Consideration of which tract I have recd & therefore my true Intent & meaning is that both or either of my said Attornys shall & Do firmly Convey & make over the said Land In Wittness whereof I have hereunto sett my hand & seale Signd Seald & Delivered in p.rsence of John Anderson (Seal) John Flower Jos Andrews |
