       Management or prosecution of our affaires afd under your Care
       and Charge wee Doe therefore Comand and Enjoyne the
       severall attornys practitioners and Councellors at Law that
       now are or hereafter shall be proved and allowed of by us or our
       Gover.r or Comander in Cheife in and over our said province to
       Give and Impart to you their or any of theire Councill and
       Assistance in any Master and thing that you shall think or Judge
       Necessary or requisite for your service provided such attornys
       practitioners or Councellors at Law are not retaind against us in
       such Master as you shall require their advice Councill and
       Assistance in which Case and noe other they are to be Dispensed
       with And that you may be the better informed in all
       Matters and things as relate to our service Either from Evidences
       or Informers to forme your process and proceedings on Certainty
       and verity wee Judge itt Necessary for our service and therefore
       Doe hereby authorize and Impower you to administer any oath or
       oathes to any wittness or wittnesses Informer or informers that
       shall be sumond or pretend to Give Evidence for us in any Cause
       or Matter when and as often as you shall find the same
       requisite for our service  To Have Hold use Execute and
       Enjoy the said office and the perquisite and profitts to the
       same belonging Dureing our pleasure Given at our
       Town and port of Annapolis under the Great seale of our said
       province of Maryland the sixteenth Day of May in the third
