       Att twenty days sight of this my third bill of Exch.a my first or second
       not paid pay or Cause to be paid unto philip Dowell or ord.r the sume of
       five pounds tenn shill lawfull mony of Engl make Good pay & place

       Gent one of the attornys of our prov.ll Court of our province
       of Maryland Greeting out of the Especiall Trust
       and Confidence wee Have and Doe Repose in your
       faithfullness Dilligence Circumspection prudence Knowledge
       and understanding in our Laws of England and this province
       wee Have Nominated and by these presents Doe Constitute
       ordaine and appoint you the said W.m Dent our Attorny Generall
       and prosecutor of our pleas suites or actions within our province
       of Maryland whether Criminall or Civill Reall & personall or mixt
       or of what Nature or Kind soever to be prosecuted and attended
       by our selfe in our prov.ll Court of our said province and such
       persons as you for the purpose shall from time to time
       appoint and Depute under you in the Severall County Courts
       of this province where you Doe not practice of which you
       are required to take Due Care as much as in you lyes
       and you and they soe Deputed under you are hereby permitted
       and Granted to Demand require and Receive to your and
       their owne proper uses and behoofes all such sallarys profitts
       perquisites fees and regards as now here are or hereafter
       shall be settled Granted or Due by Law that is to say to your
       selfe what is allowed in the prov.ll Court and the Courts
       where you practice and your Deputys what is allowed
       in the County Courts  And because wee would not that
