       This Indenture made the Fifteenth
       Day of July Annoq Dn one thousand seaven hundred & three
       Between Thomas williams of st Maryes County Taylor
       and Eliz.a his wife heiress at Law to one Mathias Decosta
       of Baltemore County and since of st Maryes County planter
       of the one parte and W.m Taylard of the Town and porte of
       Annapolis Gent of the other parte Wittnesseth that for
       and in Consideration of the sume of Five shillings ster Money
       of England to them the said Thomas williams and Elizabeth his
       wife in hand by the said W.m Taylard paid at or before the
       Ensealing and Delivery of these presents the receipt whereof
       they Doe hereby acknowledge and themselves to be therewith
       fully satisfied and thereof Doe acquitt release and Discharge
       the said W.m Taylard his heires Execut.rs and adm.rs for Ever
       by these presents Have Given Granted bargained and sold
       and by these presents Doe Give Grant bargain and sell
       unto the said William Taylard all that Tract or parcell
       of Land with the appurtences Comonly Called or Know by
       the name of wileah Danby lyeing on the westerne
       shore in Baltemore County and on the south side of a
       Branch of a River Called the North East River and on
       the North East side of the said Branch Begining
       at a markt Pin Tree haveing in a bay by a Marsh bite
       runing Es East South East Down the River for breadth
       three hundred and Fifty perches to a markt Mulberry Tree
       standing on a Low point of Marsh on the East by a line
       Drawne North and by East from the said Mulberry for
       length three hundred and Fifty perches on the North by a
       line Drawn west North west from the End of the North
       and by East line for breadth three hundred and Fifty
       perches on the west by a line Drawne south and by west
       from the End of the west North west line unto the first
       Markt Pine on the south by the said River Containing
       seaven hundred acres of land more or less as by Certificate
       thereof bearing Date the seven and Twentieth Day of
       September one thousand six hundred Fifty nine and
