Maryland ss   Know all men by these presents that I John Jones of Baltemore
                      Co.ty Gentl am held & firmly bound unto Wolfran & Jn.o
                      Huntt the sons of Wolfran Hunt late of Ann Arundell Co.ty
                      decd & to them Joyntly & Severally in the sume of ten thousand
                      pds of Tob.o to be payd to the said Wolfran & John or to their
                      or either of their Att.rys Ex.rs Adm.rs or Assigns to the w.ch
                      payment well & truly to be made I bind my self my
                      heires my Ex.rs or Adm.rs firmly by these p.rsents sealed w.th
                      my seale & dated the sixteenth day of March Anno Dm 1701

       The Condition of this Obligation is such that if the above bound
       John Jones his heires Ex.rs or Adm.rs or either of them do & shall well &
       truly satisfy Deliver & pay unto the sd Wolfran Hunt & John Hunt
       at the time they shall attain to the age of one & twenty Years two
       Cowes w.th Calves by their sides or two Cows with Calf to each of them y.e
       said Wolfran & John to hold them their heires & assigns for ever & also
       two breeding sows to be Delivered to each of the sd Children Wolfran &
       John at the time they attain to the age of one & twenty years as afd
       w.ch said Cows & Calves & breeding sowes are to be delivered as afd by the
       said John Jones his heires Ex.rs Adm.rs or Assigns at a plantation of y.e
       said John Jones lying at Elk Ridge in Baltemore County afd If
       therefore the same be Delivered as afd ^to the Children afd^ according to the true
       intent & meaning hereof  Then this Obligation to be voyd or else
       to remain in full force & vertue
