706 whatsoever had made Committed done or suffered or to be had made Comitted don or suffered by him the said Arthur Thompson his heires Execut.rs or adm.rs or any other person or persons whatsoever (the Estate and Interest w.ch the said Gabrill parrott hath and Clayme of and in the said Two hundred acres to him sold by the said James Thompson allwayes (Excepted and foreprized) And Moreover That the said Arthur Thompson and his heires and all and Every other person & persons whatsoever any Estate right title or interest haveing or lawfully Clayming unto or out of the said premisses shall and will at any time hereafter dureing the space of ten yeares next after the date hereof at the request Cost and Charges in the Law of the said Joseph Wilson his heires or assignes make doe acknowledge Execute and suffer or Cause to be done acknowledged Executed and Suffered all and Every such further and other lawfull and reasonable act and acts thing and things Conveyances and assureances in the law whatsoever for the further assureing surety suremakeing settleing and Conveying of all and singular the said premisses with thappurtences (Except before Excepted) unto and upon the said Joseph Wilson his heires and assignes for Ever be the same by Matter of record or not of record as by the said Joseph Wilson his heires or assignes or his or there Councill learned In the Law shall be reasonably advised devised (or) |
