694 M.r Charles Rye D.r sep.t 29.th 1703 To rent on Bettys Delight 500 18.rys 2160 Rec.d May the first anno 1703 of M.r Charles Rye the sume of nine pounds for the Rent on the abovesaid land Eighteen yeares and further oblidge my selfe that if any Receipts or other Matters shall be product that the same is not Due to Reumburst it P Rich.d Bennett This Indenture Made the Twenty fifty day of august in the first year of the reigne of our sovereigne lady Anne by the Grace of God of England Scotland France and Ireland Queen Defender of the faith &ct Annoq.r Dn 1702 Between W.m Osborn of Calvert County In the province of Maryland planter of the one parte and Joseph Willson of Calvert County in the province afd planter of the other parte wittnesseth that the said W.m Osborn for and in Consideration for and of the sume of Eighty pounds Currant Money of England to him in hand paid by the said Joseph Wilson at or before thensealing and Delivery of these presents the receipt whereof he the said W.m osborn Doth hereby acknowledge and thereof therefrom Doth acquitt Exonerate and Discharge the said Joseph Wilson his heires executors and administrators and Every of them by these presents as alsoe for divers good Causes and Considerations him the said W.m osborn thereunto Moveing hath Granted bargained sold aliened Enfeofed Released and Confirmed and by these (presents) |
