682 Them that he the said Richard Cheeney his heires Ex.rs and adm.rs the said peice parcell or tract of Land Called Jacobs Hope as afd and all and singular other the premisses before Granted bargained and sold with the appurtences unto the said Jn.o Jacob his heires and assignes for Ever and to the only proper use and behoofe of the said John Jacob his heires and assignes for Ever against him the said Rich.d Cheeney his heires and assignes and Every of them and against all and Every other person or persons whatsoever lawfully Claiming or w.ch may Claime by from or under him them or any of them shall and will for Ever warrant and Defend by these presents And the said Richard Cheeney for himselfe his heires Execut.rs and adm.rs Doth Covenant promise Grant and agree to and with the said John Jacob his heires and assignes and every of them by these presents in Manner and forme following (that is to say) That he the said Richard Cheeney at the time of Ensealing and Delivery of these presents in and untill a good pure perfect and absolute Estate of Inherritance of all and singular the before Granted premisses and Every parte and parcell thereof shall be fully vested settled and Executed in and upon the said John Jacob and his heires according to the true intent and meaning of these presents Shall remaine Continue and be seised of and in the said Land and all and singular other the premisses In and by these presents Granted bargained and sold with all and singular their Rights Members and appurtences of a Good pure perfect and absolute Estate of inherritance in fee simple without any Condicon Revercon Remainder or Limatacon of any use or uses Estate or Estates In or to any person or persons whatsoever to (alter) |
