669 This Indenture made the Twenty Eight day of January Anno Dn one thousand seaven hundred and Two and in the first year of the reigne of our sovereigne Lady Anne Queen of England Scotland France and Ireland Defender of the faith &c.a Between Thomas Larkin of Annarund.ll County of the one parte and Henry Ridgley of prince Georges County Gent of the other parte wittnesseth That the said Thomas Larkin for and in Consideration of the sume of one hundred and thirty pounds sterling and the same Two thousand pounds of tobacco to him in hand paid att the Ensealing and deliver of these presents the Receipt whereof he the said Thomas Larkin doth hereby acknowledge himselfe therewith to be fully satisfied Contented and paid and of Every parte thereof doth hereby acquitt and Discharge the said Henry Ridgley his heires Ex.rs adm.rs and assignes by these presents hath Given Granted aliened bargained sould Enffeofed and Confirmed and by these presents Doth fully freely and absolutely Give Grant aliene bargaine sell Enffeof and Confirme unto the said Henry Ridley his heires and assignes for Ever all that tract or parcell of Land Called Larkin his forrest lyeing in prince Georges County On the west side of petuxent River and begining at a bounded white oake standing in the line of a parcell of land formerly laid out for Jn.o Llewellin of S.t Maryes (County) |
