       W.m Pocklington & John Turlby Gent of the one part
       as they are four of the Comissioners Nominated in the
       Comission of Bankrupts bearing Date at Westminster
       the fifteenth day of September last awarded ag.t
       Hugh Calverly & Rob.t Scott of London M.rchants and
       Copartners & us the said Rob.t Spicer W.m Adams and
       James Wagstaffe of the other part have Made Ordained
       and Constituted & by these p.rsents doe Make ordaine
       and Constituted M.r John Israel of Maryland M.rch.t
       and in Case of his Mortality or Removall from Maryland
       then M.r W.m Nicholls also of Maryland afsd M.rchant
       our True & Lawfull Atto.ry and Atto.rys succesively
       as afsd  In our Names & to & for the use of us & the
       rest of the Creditors of the said Hugh Calverly and
       Rob.t Scott who have already sought or shall hereafter
       in due time come in & seeke release by virtue
       of the said Comission and Contribute toward the
       Charges thereof To Aske Demand sue for recover
       and receive all & singuler such sum & sumes of
       Money Wares M.rchandizes Effects & things whatsoever as
       Did belong & appertaine to the said Hugh Calverley
       and Rob.t Scott before their Bankruptey as afsd &
       Doe Now belong to their Creditors afsd & are yet due
       owing standing out & unaccounted for by & from
       Charles Breband & W.m Dawkins of the sd Province
       of Maryland or any other p.rson or p.rsons whatsoever
       in Maryland afsd or in Virginia for what cause or
       or reason soever the same May be Nothing Excepted
       Nor reserved w.th all Costs Damages & Interests
       also touching the p.rmisses to Account Compromise
       Compound Conclude & Agree as occasion shall require
       upon Recoverys & Receipts Composicons & Agreem.ts
       to Make and give due & sufficient acquittances
