       Citty of London Doe hereby Make Knowne & Certify that
       M.r W.m Scorey who hath signed & attested y.e Procuration
       or Letter of Att.ry & Coppy of Assignem.t hereunto Anexed
       is a notary & tabellion Publick Legally by Royall Authority
       Admitted & Sworn Dwelling in this City  And that to Acts
       Instruments Procuration Copies & other writeings by him
       signed & attested is full faith & Credit given in Judgem.t
       Court and w.thout  And we doe hereby further Certify
       that Rob.t Spicer W.m Adams & James Wagstaffe the
       Constituants Did Now Before us in Court seal & as their
